Thoreau's words ring in my mind and heart....
No journey to Concord could skip a walk to and around (and in Becca's case "in") Walden Pond. I was deeply moved by it all....somewhat surprisingly so...
I am aware that even though I do not hold to basic Univeralist thought, many ideas that were set forth by these writers of another era have deeply influenced my life.... Thoreau and his writings touched my heart like few others in my days gone by..... And many of his phrases still linger in my soul.....
