Will I ever tire of seeing the morning sun coming up outside my window?? This morning the old chorus we used to sing in "Primaries" at Central Baptist Church long ago came to my heart....
Heavenly Sunlight, Heavenly Sunlight
Flooding my soul with Glory Devine....
Hallelujah, I am rejoicing
Singing His praises all the day long.....

Mr. Bluebird Comes Again! Spring Is on Its Way!
What a delight to look out my window this morning to see our little feathered friend, once again. He was checking out the nesting box on our back terrace. Baby Bird was being instructed in nest design, it seems..... Both sang a beautiful song to me before flying on their merry way!

This Morning's Sunrise
It's hard to believe that today turned out to be so stormy when this was the beginning of the day. I just wish there were a way to show the whole sky..... The mountains look so much larger in real life, as well.
Yesterday's Sunrise
Once again, I am awed by our sunrise. Precepts Ministries Class was such a blessing, as well. Such a lovely, lovely day.....

Sunrise and Moonshine
Today's views from my own little corner of the world. To wake to such beauty and then to drift off to sleep with such gentle landscapes etched in my heart.... It's been a wonderful and peaceful weekend. Lord, thank you, once again, for Your love and Your care. The heavens do declare Your glory.....

2:22 p.m. on 2/2
I just noticed the time of my last post. 2:22
How fitting. I just looked up Exodus 2:22. Moses' wife bore Gershom, which means "I have become an alien in a foreign land." It spoke to me of a truth. With God, we can become fruitful even though we are strangers in a foreign land. He will set our paths straight, He will restore the years that the locusts have eaten, He will restore my soul.......

Winter Blessings
I'm home in my little snug house looking out at the snow falling outside. What a blessed woman I am! Hot coffee, a cozy easy chair, a fire blazing in my little fireplace, Sophie and Charlie at my feet, a good book, and the view of the Applachians being dusted with snowflakes out my window......Thank you, Lord, for this day! Thank you, Lord, for my new life!
