"For broad is the gate and wide is the path that leads to death, but strait is the gate and narrow is the path that leads to life."This verse couldn't help but come to mind today, as I walked along these gorgeous paths....one of which lead straight to the Barnsley family cemetery. It was so sobering to see the graves of the rich lying next to those of slaves. Some had elaborate markers and colorful exotic flowers; the others had simple unmarked stones and native wild flowers. But the people whose lives these stones and markers represent are silent now. Today is the day for living life and blessing others. May I make the most of each moment!
